Etimologia

Il nome deriva dal mwdwgreco mweamweqμικρός, mwegmicròs, che significa mwewpiccolo e mwfamwfqἦρως, mwfghéros, mwfweroe; in quanto, nonostante le piccole dimensioni, assale le feroci mwgatermiti.

Caratteristiche

Il genere è monospecifico e, unico fra gli mwgwAelurillini, si nutre specificamente di termiti.

Distribuzione

L'unica specie nota di questo genere è stata reperita nell'Africa meridionalecite-ref-salticidae-1-0[1]
